About Katharine

  

Katharine specializes in complex bankruptcy matters and related litigation. She represents consumer clients, bankruptcy trustees, and small businesses in a variety of transactional and litigation matters, with an emphasis on insolvency and reorganization. She assists clients in creditor negotiations, asset sales, business wind down and reorganizations. She has analyzed business across numerous industries to formulate strategic plans and manage risk. Katharine is committed to finding solutions to clients’ problem in a practical and cost-effective manner. She has represented businesses in successful reorganization efforts through Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and represented Chapter 7 trustees in avoidance actions, corporate Ponzi scheme cases and intricate asset sales.
